How deliveries are billed

Your first delivery is included in the order you place on this site. For every delivery after that, we send an invoice by email and text on the delivery date, which you pay by the link in it.

How the savings tiers work

Only paid deliveries advance your discount. Skipped, unpaid and cancelled deliveries do not count.

Sitewide sales

Subscription savings do not combine with a sitewide sale. Each delivery gets the larger of the two discounts, never both.

Skip, pause, change frequency or cancel

You can skip your next delivery, pause and resume, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time in My Rewards. Cancelling stops future invoices immediately.
